Hong and I had lunch yesterday at the Museum of Science. This is the first time I have left home without a mask since Covid started in March 2020. It was a nice experience for me to see a few familiar faces and talk shop with the chef crew over there. Special thank you to Executive Chef Tyler for making wontons for Hong and I. Hong was my assistant at the Museum of Fine Arts for about seventeen years.
